Who We Are

Tex Ware is a small traditional publishing company that will publish a limited number of authors each year. We use various technologies including Print on Demand (POD) for short runs and conventional print for large runs. We are not a self publishing company. Please see Self Publishing on the left for clarification.

We are able to publish a wide variety of books. We can print traditional paper backs, hard cover books with dust covers and we can also print color books suitable for illustrated children's books.

We will publish various genres except for poetry.

We work over the internet and by phone with authors who would like to get published. We only accept manuscript in Microsoft Word compatible formats. (.doc or .rtf files that Word can open. See Manuscript Submission page.)

All books published by Tex Ware will appear on Amazon.com. Depending on the specifics of your contract, your book may also appear on  BarnesAndNoble.com and with the leading book distributor, Ingram. In this case, most book stores will be able to carry or order your book.

We do limited publicity. You will find that even with large publishing houses you will have to do your own publicity work if you want your book to get wide spread visibility.
