Who We Are

Tex Ware is a small publishing company. We have done traditional publishing (Tex Ware pays all costs of the publishing process) for a limited number of authors. We will also partner with authors to do subsidized publishing (the author will pay some of the costs of publishing). Whether Tex Ware will do traditional publishing for an author or subsidized will be determined after interviewing the author.

We use various technologies including Print on Demand (POD) for short runs and conventional print for large runs. We are able to publish a wide variety of books. We can print traditional paper backs, hard cover books with dust covers and we can also print color books suitable for illustrated children's books.

We will publish various genres. We will publish poetry but without editing services.

We work over the internet and by phone with authors who would like to be published. We only accept manuscript in Microsoft Word compatible formats. (.doc or .rtf files that Word can open. See Manuscript Submission page.)

All books published by Tex Ware will appear on Amazon.com. Depending on the specifics of your contract, your book may also appear on BarnesAndNoble.com and with the leading book distributor, Ingram. In this case, most book stores will be able to carry or order your book. Books that are appropriate for Kindle, Nook, and other eBook formats will be available as well, depending on the contract.
